Africa set to host World Routes 2015 |12 October 2013

It is now confirmed that Africa will have the 2015 World Routes Conference.

The announcement was made during the Las Vegas meeting of World Routes 2013 by Michael Mabuyakhulu, the Minister for Economic Development and Tourism of the Province of KwaZulu Natal of South Africa in the presence of Alain St Ange, the Seychelles Minister for Tourism and Culture.

It is the City of Durban in South Africa that will be the host city for World Routes 2015 and Minister Mabuyakhulu said in Las Vegas that the event will be an African Affair.

The news was welcomed by Minister St Ange who said that it was a great opportunity for South Africa to showcase itself and in so doing Africa as they did when they hosted with success the FIFA Football World Cup.

"Seychelles will work with South Africa and with KwaZulu Natal to ensure that this World Routes Conference is the success it deserves to be for Africa," Minister St Ange said.
