In addition to the active support it gives to Sports and education, amongst other causes, AirTel has over the past years been consistent in efforts to contribute to the entertainment scene in Seychelles.

Through sponsorships, the telecommunication company has helped to bring in big cinema hits like Spiderman, Lord of the Rings and James Bond, and the proceeds of these movie shows have always been dedicated to charitable causes.

Besides bringing in the third "Harry Potter" sequel, to the delight of the orphans at St Elizabeth Convent, AirTel has kept aside 25 tickets for them.

The show starts at 6.45 p.m and the evening promises to be a real treat for the children as Airtel will also be providing transport to and from the cinema and snacks.

The company has also been running "Harry Potter" competitions at the Independent  and International schools with Airtel hampers, free tickets and other prizes for the winners, as part of activities to coincide with the screening of the movie. To add to the fervour, Airtel customers can also download the "Harry Potter" ringtone on their mobile phones.
