This week in the National Assembly

Mr Faure will answer a question from the leader of government business Marie-Louise Potter about the negotiations between Seychelles and the Paris Club over the country’s external debt.
Also on the Order Paper are three motions:

Mrs Potter will ask the assembly to approve the appointment by President James Michel of Ernest Quatre as Commissioner of Police.

A motion by opposition leader Wavel Ramkalawan proposes that the assembly supports former crew of the Royal Fleet Auxiliary in their efforts to gain their pensions and other incentives from the British government for their years of service to the fleet.

Finally, Andre Pool will put a motion for the assembly to approve the terms of reference of the Seychelles-Cuba Parliamentary Association.
