It will also free international clients from costly phone calls, inspection of work at properties and managing finances.

The brainchild of the directors of the Yangtze International Group Limited (Seychelles), the new firm offers services including building maintenance, landscaping, security, housekeeping and catering. It also offers property search and sales.

GPMS was launched last Thursday at Eden Island in the presence of Minister for Community Development, Youth, Sports and Culture Vincent Meriton, directors and staff.

Group marketing manager Jacqueline Pool said the company has a dedicated marketing and letting team who are able to collect and manage rental payments from tenants, ensuring they pay on time.

In cases of money transfer and simple banking, the staff will ensure rental income is allocated correctly and disbursed as per the client’s request, she added.

“With GPMS, your rentals are in good hands with the guarantee of professionalism and confidentiality,” she said.
Ms Pool also explained that the staff – on 24-hour call – can handle issues such as maintenance, complaints and termination of tenancy or renewal of lease agreements.

She added that with the Yangtze International Group as its parent company, GPMS has already set up a reputation for quality and prompt service at a reasonable price.

And with Yangtze Construction as one of its sister companies, it is able to provide a large range of services for all types of buildings, with guaranteed satisfaction.

It also guarantees cheaper prices as the import of all goods is in-house, and the saving is passed on to clients.
