Pool of experts for Seychelles |21 January 2011

I realise it is not easy to attract high-flung professionals like doctors and judges to a small country like Seychelles, but seeing that we still do, one can only commend the government for its efforts in doing so and hope the recent influx of Seychellois experts continues.

That said, allow me to mention that in Seychelles Dr Bwana served only as acting president of the Court of Appeal and never assumed the post.
