Volleyball: Super Cup competition |18 October 2011

Only Sunday matches at the Palais des Sports took place in the competition organised by the Seychelles Volleyball Federation and partners to substitute for the women’s and men’s league championships

Matches were played at the Palais des Sports on Sunday and in the men’s division one Super Cup, Premium Spikers came from a set behind to beat Racing Club 3-1 (22-25, 25-19, 25-15, 25-14) to clinch their second victory in the competition.

Beau Vallon on the other hand won their match by walk-over against BSA Spikers for their second victory.

In the only women’s division one Super Cup match, Juniors recovered from last week’s 0-3 defeat to Arsu to beat Santa West 3-1. The set scores were 25-19, 26-24, 23-25 and 25-16.

In the inaugural men’s division two Super Cup, Outsiders took exactly one hour to beat Juniors 3-0 (25-20, 25-23, 25-19).
