Alain de Commarmond chairs news LWMA board |20 October 2011

Home Affairs, Environment, Transport and Energy Minister Joel Morgan appointed the board recently for a two-year mandate.

The other members are Lena Desaubin (Landscape and Waste Management Agency chief executive), Eulalie Sabury (Ministry of Health representative), Wilbert Omath (Department of Community Development representative), Jennifer Loizeau (Seychelles Tourism Board representative), Linda Labrosse (Seychelles Chamber of Commerce and Industry representative), Raymonde Course (National Consumers Forum representative), Bernard Pool (Landscape consultant) and Nimhan Senaratne (Department of Environment representative).

The agency came into existence in 2009 and is responsible for the development and management of public landscaping in the country, as well as the management of waste.
