Football: Cosafa Youth championship-Seychelles eliminated after Lesotho loss |07 December 2011

On Monday, coach Gavin Jeanne’s team lost 0-3 to Lesotho in their second and final group B match.

This was the team’s second defeat after also losing their first game 0-2 to Malawi who have progressed to the semifinals after also beating Lesotho 3-2 at the University of Botswana stadium.

The junior Flames of Malawi have finished top of group B with six points, Lesotho second with three and Seychelles third with zero. Both Lesotho and Seychelles have been eliminated from the competition.
