Lucky Too captain charged with illegal fishing |17 January 2012

The Supreme Court has ordered that the captain stays on his boat which will be supervised by the police. The next hearing is set for January 30.

The boat is thought to be registered in Sri Lanka and it had six crew members on board when it was seized on Wednesday last week by the coastguards in the Amirantes area.

It arrived in Port Victoria last Friday after being escorted by a Seychelles Coast Guard vessel.
