Maillet and Damoo in action on day one-Football: African Cup of Nations 2012 |21 January 2012

Damoo will officiate in the inaugural match between co-hosts Equatorial Guinea and Libya, while Maillet will take charge of the second match between Senegal and Zambia. Both matches will take place in the 22,000 capacity Estadio de Bata in Equatorial Guinea.

Seychelles Football Federation executive committee member Dolor Ernesta is also at the tournament, where he is a member of the appeal board. Mr Ernesta, who was also present at the 26th Can in 2008 in Ghana, is one of three members selected from a panel of 15.
