Dr James Michel has been successfully championing the cause of the small island nations in almost all the international fora and managed to draw global attention to the importance small island states play in a fast developing world.

Dr Michel is to be congratulated in taking forward the paradise island in all spheres of development and to make Seychelles’ voice heard internationally.
