Libyan embassy gives goods to Foyer de Nazareth |18 August 2012

The commodities, which include milk, rice, juices, cheese, cornflakes and other food items, were well appreciated by the children.

Sister Jacqueline, who is in charge of the foyer, accepted the donation earlier this week from the embassy’s liaison officers who were representing their chargé d’affaires, Mohamed Anajeh.
She was also presented with a cheque to be used to buy other commodities that the residents may need.

Ramesh Leggaie, a boy who lives at the foyer, thanked the embassy for its generosity and for thinking of them.

The gesture by the embassy is part of its charity work now that they are in the month of Ramadan.
