SIB and SCCI to host 2nd investment and business roundtable |15 October 2012

The forum, to take place on October 25 at the Kempinski Resort, Port Launay, aims to update the business community on the changes that have occurred and are still occurring in the business environment and economic landscape of Seychelles.

The forum will bring together policy-makers, business leaders and business associations from all the prominent sectors of the economy to discuss the current investment climate, new investment opportunities, the ease and constraints of doing business in Seychelles in view of improving on the current investment framework. 

This 2nd forum follows the success of the first one organised in April last year and also a request from the business community to make the activity an annual one. 

It is to be noted that the round table forum is one of the activities under the SIB’s outreach strategy and is aimed at encouraging public-private sector dialogue, thus responding to one of the major calls of the private sector which is to contribute ideas towards improving the business environment in Seychelles.
