More Christmas gifts for children’s homes

The donation came from the Seychelles Public Transport Corporation’s (SPTC) social committee.
Members of the committee presented each home with a hamper on Christmas eve.

Earlier this month, the company appealed to members of staff to donate goodies towards the less fortunate so that they could also share the joy of Christmas.

In a press release, SPTC’s chief executive Geffy Zialor said this gesture will in one way or another let the less fortunate, especially the children feel that they are being thought of and cared for.

“Christmas is a time to share and think of the less fortunate and those who have been neglected,” he said.

“The company’s social responsibility programme promotes the goodwill spirit, while ensuring that we give back to the community,” he added.
