More gifts for Port Glaud school from Indian association

A souvenir photograph of the event

This donation comes from the Indian Association of Seychelles as part its school adoption programme.

Members of the association handed over the bags to each pupil on Monday afternoon at the school in a special assembly.

In her short address, the school’s head Shirley Hoareau said the presence of the association members proves their commitment in the development of the pupils.

She urged the pupils to use it as a motivation to produce better results this year.

Miss Hoareau thanked the members of the association for the gifts and for their continued support to the school.

The association pledged to give each pupil a school bag for the new term during a special ceremony which was held in December whereby members of the Indian Association made a donation of educational materials, sports equipment and musical instruments.
