Health principal secretary resigns |21 February 2013

A communiqué from the Office of the President said that Mr Michel has accepted her resignation with regret and has thanked Ms Laporte for her contribution. 
Her resignation takes effect on March 1, 2013.

Dr Jude Gédéon will act as principal secretary for Health upon Ms Laporte's departure.
Ms Laporte was appointed health principal secretary in March last year during the first phase of government restructuring.
