National Assembly to adopt first FPAC report |05 March 2013

The motion will be tabled by the Leader of Opposition, David Pierre, who is the chairperson of FPAC.

During the sitting which will be held today, the Minister for Land Use and Housing, Christian Lionnet, will be present to answer eight questions.

The questions will address issues on the maintenance of government housing, identification of land for businesses in the Anse Etoile district, the status of the development project on Ile Aurore, allocation of land at Fond Azore, the completion of the ex-teachers quarters housing project on Praslin, among others.

Minister Lionnet will also present the Condominium Property (Amendment) Bill, 2013 which seeks to allow a manager to carry out the functions of the management corporation in respect of a subdivided building.
