Petroleum firm recognises employees’ achievements |24 June 2013

This was during a short ceremony organised for the occasion during which François Celestine was also rewarded for his devotion, commitment and loyalty – having served the company for 20 years.

Addressing the employees, their colleagues and guests at the ceremony Sepec’s chief executive Conrad Benoiton said: “While Sepec has a firm commitment to ensuring the security of supply of petroleum products for the country’s energy needs, it also recognises that its success depends on the continuous development of its human capital.”

Mr Benoiton added that Sepec recognises the high performance of these valuable resources as they are the heart of the company.

He also extended his gratitude to all the heads of departments for supporting their staff members while they were enrolled on their different training programmes.

“I am convinced that now our company has become richer with a wider stream of knowledgeable and highly competent staff. However, one is never too old to learn and we will therefore pursue our commitment to continuously grow our people,” Mr Benoiton stressed.
