Football: Cosafa Cup-Equatorial Guinea pull out |25 June 2013

The Equatorial Guinea Football Association has cited a lack of funds for its team’s withdrawal.

Equatorial Guinea had themselves been a replacement for East African guests Tanzania.

The loss of the Central African side has reduced the field to 13 teams and means Group ‘A’ will be contested by three sides – Namibia, Mauritius and Seychelles.
