Football-School teams receive equipment

Mr Mathiot and teams’ representatives with some of the equipment

Seychelles Football Federation (SFF) gave the 1,025 footballs, 480 pairs of football boots and 475 pairs of shin guards to representatives whose schools have teams taking part in competitions for boys and girls organised by the local football body.

SFF chairman Elvis Chetty was on hand to make the presentation as well as football technical director Ulric Mathiot.

The equipment given out to the young footballers

The equipment will go to young players aged six to 12 years old who play for grassroot clubs, primary students to play in the under-11 years old league, and secondary students who take part in the under-13 and under-15 competitions.
