PUC seeks public opinion on its services |21 October 2013

The Public Utilities Corporation (PUC) is currently carrying out a public opinion survey on its services. This is being done on Mahé, Praslin and La Digue.

A group of young volunteers, mainly students from post-secondary institutions, are going around the districts and in Victoria with questionnaires aimed at getting the views of PUC clients on the quality of service being offered and also whether they feel their utility bills reflect their monthly consumption.

The aim of the survey is to help PUC improve its service and also better understand the requirements of its clients.

Members of the public are encouraged to take part in this exercise which will take place over a one week period.

For more clarification on this survey, members of the public are being asked to contact the following numbers 4678247 or 4678115 or visit PUC customer care offices in the Pirates Arms building during working hours.
