Intelvision sends signals to Praslin |21 November 2013

With the vision of expanding its business, Intelvision will be bringing its services to Praslin tomorrow.

Speaking to Seychelles Nation, Reza Jaro, chief operating officer for Intelvision, said that “following demands, Intelvision waited until after completing majority areas on Mahé before expanding the business to Praslin”.

Intelvision will only provide service to residents of the Grand Anse Praslin region – Tamatave Estate, Coco Rouge Estate, Grand Anse Central, Brittania, Lablache Estate, Colie Estate and Bel Air.

“This is so because our microwave link is in Grand Anse and it will be closer to our office which will be in the Pension Fund Building in Grand Anse,” said Mr Jaro.

Mr Jaro added that after it has established itself in Grand Anse Praslin, Intelvision will extend its service to Baie Ste Anne and later La Digue.

Charges will be the same as those on Mahé for Intelvision subscribers on Praslin.

Intelvision employees will be at the football playing field opposite the Pension Fund building, Grand Anse Praslin, as from tomorrow until November 30, 2013.

Praslinois subscribing to Intelvision will get the Internet Protocol Television (IPTV), which is the cable TV connected directly to the internet. The IPTV eases two-way communication and has interactive options.
