STC rewards customers |06 January 2014

During the recent festive season many shops organised sales, promotions and even lotteries as a way of thanking their customers for their loyalty throughout 2013.

Seychelles Trading Company (STC) was one among the businesses that had a lottery for its clients who shopped for more that R1500 in its supermarket and in STC gifts shop on Mahé as well as on Praslin between December 15 and 28, 2013.

The lottery draw was done on December 30, 2013 in the presence of the Seychelles Police and STC staff. There were 10 prizes to give away and the winners met in a small ceremony at the STC conference room on December 31, 2013 to receive their prizes.

Present at the prize-giving ceremony were STC’s chief executive officer Veronique Laporte, representatives of sponsors, winners and STC staff.

The first and the second prizes were one return ticket to South Africa sponsored by Air Seychelles. The winners were Stanio Simeon and Alexandra Bistolet.

Sponsored by La Plaine St Andre, the third and fourth prizes went to Phillip Andre, who won a dinner for two and a bottle of wine, and Dino Ernesta, who won a dinner for two.

The rest of the prizes were sponsored by STC. Mervyn Elisabeth won a hamper worth of R600 as fifth prize, whereas Camille Monthy and Geneviève Lionnet each won a hamper worth R400 and R300 respectively as sixth and seventh prizes.

The eighth prize -- one whole turkey and a bottle of wine -- was won by Sabrina Krene.

Adi Constance also won one whole turkey but it was accompanied by cranberry condiment for the ninth prize.

As for Andy François he won a whole turkey for winning the tenth prize.

“I would like to thank all our esteemed customers for shopping with us and all the sponsors. I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all the winners,” Ms Laporte said.

She added that the next lottery will carry bigger prizes.
