Bravo! lends a hand to Foyer de Nazareth |17 January 2014

Foyer de Nazareth has received a donation of R10,000 which will be used to buy educational materials and other needs  for the boys living there.

The donation comes from Bravo! restaurant located at the Eden Island.

Brett Saunders, owner of the restaurant as well as other representatives of Bravo! handed over the donation to the nuns and the boys yesterday at the foyer.

Mr Saunders said Bravo! carried out some activities during the month of December to raise funds while the restaurant staff also contributed to the cause.

“I am hoping that in 2014, more restaurants and hospitality businesses follow the example of Bravo! and we are looking forward to more projects like this for the year,” he said.

Mr Saunders said it is not the first time Bravo! has made a contribution to the lives of the boys there and it will not be the last as the restaurant is working on future projects.
