Leadership appointments announced |01 August 2014

President James Michel has made several leadership appointments at the Seychelles Revenue Commission, the Financial Services Authority and the Registrar General’s Office.

Jennifer Morel, currently the Revenue Commissioner, has been appointed as chief executive of the Financial Services Authority (FSA). The current deputy Revenue Commissioner Georgette Pillay has been appointed as the Acting Revenue Commissioner. Alison Lister, an Australian national, has been appointed to the post of deputy Revenue Commissioner.

The current chief executive of the FSA, Wendy Pierre, has been appointed as Registrar General. The current Registrar, Leslie Boniface, will become the adviser to the Minister for Labour and Human Resource Development.
The appointments take effect today, August 1.
