A 26-year-old man of Union Vale was arrested on Wednesday and appeared before the Magistrate Court on Thursday for the offence of attempting to commit a felony.  He has been remanded until May 6, 2015, when he will reappear before the court.

The incident was reported to have occurred in the Mont Buxton district during the month of April 2015.
