Applications open for US Ambassador’s special self-help grant |28 May 2016

Do you have a project for your community, one which would improve basic socio-economic conditions? Why not submit a proposal for the ‘US Ambassador’s Special Self-Help Programme’?

The embassy is currently accepting new applications for the programme and welcomes new applicants from non-governmental organisations (NGOs), community-based organisations, parent-teachers associations (PTA) of primary schools or secondary schools, and other charitable institutions based in Seychelles.

Last year seven Seychellois grantees shared R628,000 and are currently hard at work making their projects a reality by protecting the environment and improving the well-being of their communities.

Download your application for the Ambassador’s Special Self-Help Programme at:

http://mauritius.usembassy.gov/self_help_program.html

or email portlouisselfhelp@state.govdirectly.

The US embassy looks forward to receiving your self-help fund proposal. The deadline to submit applications is May 31, 2016.
