Rita releases another video clip ‘Mon Kontan Ou’ |29 December 2016

Rita Romain Richez has been busy again! She has recently launched her new video clip ‘Mon Kontan Ou’.

Rita’s singing on the clip was filmed in Paris, France while José Charles did the featuring.

Marc Richez Photography was the video director, Bernard Dumoulin for the video editing while AMC (Anne-Marie Collet) provided the images of Seychelles.

“This song is completely different from what I have in my play list. It is my first reggae. I took the opportunity of being in Seychelles in August 2016 to record it at the usual place I normally do my recordings, Sey Sound Studio.

I had no intention of having a duo until I met José Charles while doing my shopping at STC Supermarket. It is the first time that we met by coincidence. I immediately knew that he was the ideal person that I needed to accompany me on my album. José agreed and hence the duo,” said Rita.

Rita also said she would have loved to do the whole video in Seychelles with José but as she was just leaving Seychelles for Paris, she had no time to do it.

The video was officially released in France on December 16, 2016.
