19 more Seychellois cabin crew graduate |25 March 2017

 

A total of 19 Seychellois cabin crew graduated with flying colours after receiving state-of-the-art training on Airbus A330 & A320 aircraft types in Abu Dhabi. 

The new graduates were personally congratulated at the event by Francisca Moonsammy, head of cabin operations; Joel De Commarmond, human resource manager and Nella Samson, performance manager. 

The graduates are Gemila Adelaide, Paulette Antat, Archilly Athanase, Mary-Anne Bill, Mandy Desnousse, Anna Dubois, Belinda Ferley, Ghislaine Françoise, Vincent Dogley, Richie Gabriel, Tracey Meme, Luke Padayachy, Colette Rowland, Tahiri Sanviti, Vigel Rosette, Sharon Joseph, Nathifa Athanase, Angelin Loze and Brian Estico (remarkable graduate).

During their six weeks of extensive training, they covered topics such as safety, emergency procedures, service, dangerous good, aviation health and aviation security.

Upon their return to Seychelles, the newly graduated cabin crew will undergo further elements of training and knowledge transfer. They will then complete their familiarisation flights on both aircraft types and thereafter operate as part of the Air Seychelles cabin crew team.

“This is the third and final batch of new cabin crew that has graduated in preparation for the next weeks' expansion milestones when Air Seychelles will see the introduction of the second Airbus A330 and launch of Dusseldorf and Durban flights.  We are now well prepared to serve the very busy Summer 17 timetable. The management of Air Seychelles wishes all our new cabin crew a lot of success on this new journey, representing their national airline and their country Seychelles,”said Ms Moonsammy.
