Cascade school hosts family fun afternoon |17 May 2017

Cascade school in collaboration with its PTA and Council organised a family fun afternoon on Saturday May 6, 2017.

The aim of the activity was to raise funds for Children's Day celebration.

The turnout was quite good despite not in the numbers as had anticipated.

The activity started at 2pm with live performance by the Seekers Band.

There were lucky dip, sale of food and drinks, hoopla, roll a rupee and bouncing castle.

At 3.30pm there was a spectacular judo performance by the Elite judo team (Friend of Cascade School).

From 4pm to 6pm there was a live musical show by famous artists from Seymas (Seychelles Music Association) such as Katty Melanie, Sandra, Jean- Marc Volcy, Smash Kid, Excellent, Philip  Barra, John Lajoie and JPD. 

The school values its parents and partners and is trying its utmost to involve them in school life.

The head teacher would like to take the opportunity to thank all staff, parents, pupils and Friends of Cascade School especially Katty Melanie Samson, Seymas group and Francois Labrosse, coach of the Elite judo team, for making this afternoon a memorable one.

Newsletter 

The school has produced its first newsletter for the year 2017, highlighting all its achievements for Term 1. This has been possible with the support of the Cascade school's management and staff, PTA chairperson; Katty Melanie Samson and Nathalie Edmond ( PTA member) and Cyril Pillay (Director Primary).
