State-of-the-art meeting and conference technology in Seychelles |04 August 2017

With all the benefits that modern and advanced technology now offers us, organisations and businesses worldwide are increasingly using this to their advantage to improve the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of their work, including communication, customer service and sales.

The ‘Executive Boardroom’ is equipped with 50” LG TV with HDMI connection to your portable devices on the desk. In addition, an 84” Smart Board for presentations, digital sharing and interactive display which can also be used as a digital ‘whiteboard’. The sound system is integrated to desk connections and all desks have 2x Rotadocktable cubbies withHDMI plus VGA for laptop connection, enabling easy connectivity and elegant cable management. Other equipment and services available for use include an interpretation system, receiver and headphone as well as table top mic, wireless mic and video conferencing.

All conference and meeting facilities are equipped with high-speed 2.5 Mb/s WIFI connectivity, making it the fastest hotel internet speed in the country.

For those interested in this latest technology but are inexperienced in this domain, familiarisation sessions can be scheduled one day in advance to ensure that everything goes smoothly on the day of the actual meeting/conference. An IT technician is also available to assist 24/7 with any issues during the conference.
