Letter to the Editor -No collusion between Intelvision and Cable & Wireless |22 September 2017

We would like to clarify a matter that was raised by Honourable Gervais Henrie in one of the National Assembly sessions last week regarding the existence of collusion between Cable & Wireless and Intelvision to fix pricing of telecommunications services.

We would like to state that Intelvision does not have nor has never had any agreement with Cable & Wireless with respect to any collusion on price fixing as that would amount to a breach of section 11(2)(a) of the Fair Trading Act 2009.

We hope that this answers the query of Honourable Henrie.
