They are fooling their victims by giving them details of their parcels, cargo and pretending that drugs have been discovered in such and if they don't pay large sums of money they (their victims) will be exposed, arrested and sent to jail. 

Members of the public receiving these calls or threats are being advised NOT TO GIVE ANY MONEY but to quickly alert the police.
