UAE Exchange opens new branch at Providence |23 January 2018

UAE Exchange Seychelles, a leading global remittance, foreign exchange and payment solutions brand with branches worldwide, has opened a new branch at the Providence Industrial zone.

Located in the Hari Enterprise Building, UAE Exchange says it is committed to increasing its reachability to the rest of the island and providing convenience to their existing customers as a one-stop solution for all their currency requirements. UAE Exchange trades in all major currencies, providing what it claims to be “the best exchange rate for buying and selling”.

Bhavesh Goswami, country head of UAE Exchange Seychelles, says the company currently has two branches both on Mahé, with the head office on the first floor, Al Nahyan Complex on Francis Rachel Street.  And their third branch will be opening in Praslin in February this year.

Established in Seychelles in 2011, UAE Exchange offers multiple financial services including money transfer, foreign exchange (forex) and bill payments.

“We are committed to providing our more than 15 million customers around the world with multiple financial solutions at one counter. With a team of more than 9,000 employees, we operate in some of the world’s dynamic markets, and strive to offer a wide range of financial products and solutions. With a focus on innovation and new product development, we are poised to help you address all your financial needs under one roof,” says Mr Goswami.

Mr Goswami says UAE Exchange offers a variety of services to its customers. These include account credit where normal bank transfer services are offered through which a person can send money to his/her beneficiary’s bank account.

Another service on offer is instant money transfer which allows sending money to family and friends across the world in a fast and trouble-free way.

“Money transfers from Seychelles can be done within minutes through cash payout at various agent outlets or through account payout in select countries. For this purpose we have ensured we house the best instant money transfer providers under one roof,” explains Mr Goswami.

Xpress Money is a leading global instant money transfer service offered by UAE Exchange with over 170,000 agents across 150 countries that ensures your money reaches family members instantly. This strong network of instant money transfer agents, Mr Goswami adds, makes sending and receiving money highly convenient for both the sender and the beneficiary.

When it comes to MoneyGram, another service offered by UAE Exchange, money is sent to any desired destination in the world, in minutes. Mr Goswami says the service is available in more than 200 countries and in approximately 350,000 locations, trusted by tens of millions of consumers around the world.

Mobile Money Transfer to Kenya: UAE Exchange has tied up with M-PESA, the mobile money transfer service, to empower its customers for safe and convenient mobile money transfers.

“M-PESA is a mobile wallet launched by Vodafone for Safaricom and Vodacom. Send money to an M-PESA wallet in Kenya,” explains Mr Goswami.

UAE Exchange Seychelles won the Seychelles Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) 2016 Best Banking and Financial Service award for providing best financial solution in industry. UAE Exchange Seychelles has also been awarded customer service week award four consecutive years in the Africa region.

“UAE Exchange Seychelles plans to bring more digital payment solutions for its customers to provide quick and cheaper money transfer services,” says Mr Goswami.
