SCCI to elect new chairman before end of March |26 January 2018

The election for the chairman of the Seychelles Chamber of Commerce and Industry will take place this year.

In a press release dated January 25, 2018, Seychelles Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) acting chairman Oliver Bastienne reminded potential applicants and members of the SCCI that the election for a new chairman will be held during the next annual general meeting which will be before March 31, 2018 as prescribed by its constitution under section 4.1.1.

Mr Bastienne added that he did receive an anonymous letter dated January 22, 2018 and the council has taken note of its contents, however it has agreed that this matter will be handled internally.
