Penlac assists Les Li Viv with its eco-friendly paint products |09 April 2018

Local paint company Penlac has given a fresh coat of paint to the building housing the pro-life organisation Les Li Viv.

Penlac conducted the exercise after its managing director, Gafoor Yakub, was approached by the Rotary Club of Victoria Coco de Mer to assist in such a gesture.

Les Li Viv is located next to Deepam Cinema in town and it cares for and counsels vulnerable teenagers who are expectant mothers.

The painting project was spearheaded by Dr Tazio of Le Chantier Dental Clinic who is an active member of the Rotary Club Victoria Coco de Mer.

When contacted for his comments, Dr Tazio said: “Everything went very well and we had a wonderful result, thanks to the help received from Penlac’s CEO, Mr Gafoor Yakub.”

It is worth noting that the Rotary Club is known for assisting others who are less fortunate via its voluntary work. The club provides its volunteering services in various areas such as education, social affairs, community development and the environment. It has over 20 active members.
