New board of the National Bureau of Statistics appointed |05 June 2018

The Minister for Finance, Trade, Investment and Economic Planning Maurice Loustau-Lalanne has announced the appointment of the new board of the National Bureau of Statistics, which took effect on June 1, 2018, for a period of three years in accordance with section 5(3) the National Bureau of Statistics Act, 2010.

The chairperson of the board of the Bureau is Marquise David.

The other board members are: Laura Ah-Time, Dick Labonte, Jennifer Jasmin,                                   

Brian Commettant, Norman Weber, Trevor Louise, Dr Justin Valentin and Mary-May Leon.

The minister also thanked the members of the outgoing board for their contributions to the National Bureau of Statistics during their term in office.
