Electronic cheque clearing system service interruptions |21 June 2018

 The Central Bank of Seychelles (CBS) and the Seychelles Bankers’ Association (SBA) would like to inform the general public that due to technical issues, the Electronic Cheque Clearing (ECC) System has been facing service interruptions since Tuesday, June 19, 2018.

The necessary is being done by the technical teams to rectify this issue at the earliest and resume normal operations.

In view of the above, customers may experience delays in the cheque clearing process and settlement.

The general public will be informed once the ECC service is back online.

The CBS and the SBA would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank the general public for their understanding.
