VP Faure at the Africa Global Business Forum |02 May 2013

Vice-President Danny Faure is attending the Africa Global Business Forum 2013 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Rashid Al Malctoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and ruler of Dubai.

Vice-President Faure will address the conference on the role of regional economic communities and what and where the new African opportunities sectors and countries for global investors are.   
The forum started yesterday and ends today.

The Africa Global Business Forum 2013 under the theme ‘Bridging the continent to the world’ is being jointly organised by Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Comesa regional investment agency.  

It is highlighting Dubai’s position as an international hub for business in and out of Africa, as well as Comesa’s strategic location as an entry and exit route to Africa.

The forum is being held for the first time in the Gulf and the Middle East and is expected to further strengthen the business ties between Africa, GCC Countries, Asia and the rest of the world and ultimately increase the trade and investment flows in the following sectors: agri-business, logistics, trade, financial services and tourism.

Vice-President Faure is accompanied by his special advisor Hans Aglaé.
