Handball: Mohan Shopping Centre league-Durantha Brothers get fourth straight win |20 May 2009

Against APC Brothers in a men’s Mohan Shopping Centre-sponsored league match, Durantha Brothers were paced by Dave Bonnelame with 13 goals in a 59-21 victory. The half-time score was 23-7.

With goalkeeper and player of the year 2008 Brian Esparon in their ranks, plus Jason Fred, Marcus Vidot and Michel Youpa, Durantha Brothers are unbeaten in four games after also getting wins over PLS Hurricanes (32-29), ABS Kings (38-29) and Super 8 (22-21).

On Saturday, AC Brothers will meet PLS Hurricanes in what promises to be a mouth-watering encounter.
Meanwhile, the women’s match between champions Rybar and PLS Hurricanes Sisters, scheduled for Saturday, was postponed.
On Saturday at 10am, Arsu will meet Trinity.
