Basketball-Drifters sweep play-off clash to stay in top flight |30 November 2011

Drifters, who finished ninth in the first division this year, swept the best-of-three play-off series, condemning Anse Etoile to the lower division.

In the first match on Saturday, Drifters beat Anse Etoile 81-67, while the final score of the second match on Monday was 79-53.

Drifters will now play alongside league champions PLS Hawks, Premium Cobras, MBU Rockers, Baya, SBF Cup winners Mont Fleuri Dawgz, Cascade Bullets, Angels and RC Dynamics in the nine-team top league next year.
