Lights … camera … action – the future of film on home soil

The International School of Seychelles was the set for Behaa’s pilot episode where young children from the school had the opportunity to become stars of the show.

The team said shooting the advertisement was a long process – almost seven hours – not including editing and special effects – and they are happy with the outcome.

“Seychelles has a lot of young talents waiting to be discovered and the locations are amazing for filming,” a spokesperson for the company said, adding that the children had to properly rehearse their lines before filming “just like for a movie.”

The final product will be aired on the Seychelles Broadcasting Corporation (SBC) TV tonight before and after the 8pm Creole news.

Behaa Creative Advertising says it is planning to expand to include movie production to its numerous projects in the near future.

“Anybody interested in acting or starting a career in the film business is welcome to contact us. We’ll take your credentials and pictures and see what we can do.”

The company is also extending the invitation to any entrepreneurs, businesses – both local and international – and anybody wishing to advertise on television.

Behaa Creative Advertising specialises in professional video and film productions using state-of-the-art filming equipment. It ensures the highest quality in adverts, music videos and film productions.

The company offers a range of services, such as television commercials, video production, photography, casting, marketing, 3D animations, graphics, design, printing and equipment rental.
