Socga sponsors basketballs |01 March 2012

Seychelles Olympic and Commonwealth Games Association (Socga) president Antonio Gopal donated the equipment to newly elected SBF chairman Sheila Ah-kong recently at the Socga headquarters, Stad Linite, Roche Caïman.

Also present were other Socga executive committee members and members of the new SBF committee.

The Socga bought the 46 basketballs with the US $2,000 given yearly to all local federations and associations affiliated to Socga. The money comes from the Olympic Solidarity initiative budget and is given to all National Olympic Committees.
