The courses followed by the students are: Diploma in Management,  Diploma in Human Resource Management, Certificate in General Management, Certificate in Office Management, Certificate in Human Resource Management, Certificate in Journalism, SIM Certificate in Marketing, ACCA Certified Accounting Technician, ACCA Professional Stream, CIM Professional Certificate in Marketing, CIM Introductory Certificate in Marketing and CIPS Diploma in Purchasing and Supply.

All outstanding achievements will be rewarded. In addition to the regular awards, the President’s Award will be given to the student who has demonstrated hard work, perseverance and dedication during the course of studies.

The SIM has also invited sectors to propose nominations for ‘The Guy Morel Award’ – an award which will be given to a professional working in the accounting and finance services, and who has made significant contributions to the industry’s development.

Supported by a core group of qualified and practice-oriented facilitators, the SIM has developed to become the leading management development institute in Seychelles. Its main aim is to offer a wide range of training opportunities to build the professional and managerial capacity of the national workforce.
