This will be done through the launch of a conference in the STC conference room, Latanier road on May 14 under the theme “Bouze, Annou Travay”.

The theme calls on employers and workers to do their part to increase productivity, to double their efforts, to increase productivity and to adopt best practices in workplaces to achieve this goal.

Productivity is the key to prosperity, which in turn is an indicator of a country’s potential for economic growth in the short or medium term, the ministry said.

“In the new Seychelles we have to inculcate a culture of hard work if we want to progress in the future, we have to work hard for the country to improve the quality of life and the prosperity of the country,” a ministry spokesperson said.

“Enhancing productivity is the primary means of raising prosperity, so let us work hand in hand to boost productivity in workplaces ‘Striving for our Seychelles’,” the spokesperson added.
