This was said in an introductory ceremony held by the ministry at the Lungos office, Orion Mall in the presence of parents, friends and families of the delegates as well as chairman of the Everlasting Love Ministries Jude Fred.

Mr Fred said the aim of the short course – which will include counselling, outreach programmes and a traditional camp – is to equip the delegates with new skills which will be applied in the 2013 ambassador programme.

“Each of them will work at district level and liaise with the local community development officer and their respective members of the National Assembly (MNA) to see how they can help on a social level and to address issues concerning their community,” he said.

He wished them all the best and stressed the importance of having faith for every challenge they may come across during the next six months.
