Volleyball-BSA Spikers booted out |24 August 2012

Praslin-based BSA Spikers lost by walk-over against Racing Club on March 24, and twice against Beau Vallon on May 19 and August 4.

The Seychelles Volleyball Federation (SVF) bye-laws state that when a team lose three matches by walk-over, they are automatically thrown out of the championship.

The SVF technical committee is to meet soon to take a decision on if points will be deducted off teams who have already played against BSA Spikers or if Anse Royale, against whom the Praslin-based team were supposed to play tomorrow, will be awarded three points.

If BSA Spikers decide to rejoin the league next year, they will have to start in the lower division.
