Children glorify and praise to God

The event, which started with a rally in the morning at the CBS building car park, was held under the theme: Let the little children come to me; do not stop them; for it is to such as these that the kingdom of God belongs.

The rally ended at the Holy Saviour’s Church where there was a special children praise and worship service which was followed by several games, such as obstacle race, Jesus says and quiz on bible quotes.
The day ended with blessing by the diocesan Bishop James Wong.

Reverend Christine Benoit said they are very satisfied with the turn out and the children aged four to 13 years took part actively in the programme of activities.

She added that parents also helped in organising the event and gave their support towards it.
This activity was to encourage parents and children in the community to become aware that the church is not only about the Sunday service which is mainly adult-focused, but that children also have their roles to play and a special place too.
