Fregate Island Private is part of the unique one island-one hotel specialty that Seychelles showcases as one of its unique selling points.

Mr van Frank took part in the latest annual “Virtuoso Travel Week”, held at the famous Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas.
This travel week was attended by more than 2000 leading travel and luxury hospitality experts, including some 340 “Virtuoso” travel agents, from some 20 countries around the world. 

The “Virtuoso Travel Week” gave Fregate Island Private the possibility to actively promote Seychelles as a truly unique travel destination in the Indian Ocean, said Mr van Frank.

Reports on the Travel Week in Las Vegas have stated that it was undoubtedly yet again a most successful one for all participants.

Mr van Frank’s trip followed the Seychelles delegation’s mission to South America where Alain St Ange, the Minister for Tourism and Culture, led a working mission to Brazil for Explore South Africa.

“We are but one stop away from the Americas and combination holidays with South Africa and the Middle East has opened new doors for the Seychelles tourism industry. The most innovative members of the Seychelles trade will pull direct results and fast. It needs to be noted that local DMCs (destination management companies) are all travelling to Brazil for sales calls,” said Minister St Ange.
