I fully agree with the suggestion brought by Bishop James Wong that the court of appeal (CA) judges help out when their court is not in session.

There’s no doubt that the proposal will be welcome by the people.
The Chief Justice can propose to change the law to allow the CA judges to work at the lower court.

It is to be recalled that the National Assembly recently passed a motion urging the judiciary to speed up its reform.

I’m confident that a motion on the new proposal will also be passed unanimously by the National Assembly.

I look forward to some practical mechanisms as soon as possible on this important issue.
